At Viking Culinary, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade cookware and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all inserts and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned culinary gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
